At Nellyshop, we want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

Carriers

We work with a variety of trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your location and the size of your package, your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@nellyshop.it.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@nellyshop.it.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a federal holiday).
